Currently the source tag is used as the "provider" filter in the Portal. However we should possibly be using the provenance tag instead..... as per example below...
We are now starting to receive data from single end points (e.g. equipment store) which contains data from multiple organisations. In this situation, the system would be recorded in the 'source' tag and the organisation to which the data belongs, would be recorded in the 'provenance'. So using the current "provider" filter in the portal would not allow you to see a specific organisations data.
It might not be a problem, but its worth further discussion and thinking about whether this change is required. We would also need to assess any impact which might be seen at the exchange level.
